Within Vodafone Group Technology, Fin Tech & Product Enablement has the responsibility to develop, deploy and operate strategic consumer services across the markets focussing on customer engagement, 3rd party integration for consumer services and identity solutions. Vodafone ID is the central enabler across Vodafone markets and Principal Manager Vodafone ID Product Management services for Identity and Access Management (incl. Know Your Customer functionality) and biometrics. The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform is used cross channel (mobile apps, web and IVR) by Vodafone and 3rd party services. With a Decentralized Digital Identity platform based on Distributed Ledger Technology Vodafone ID also provides a self-sovereign identity to customers and an identity to things and devices.
As the Principal Manager Vodafone ID Product Management, you will be responsible for all Vodafone ID platforms to drive the vision and execution of the product and align the roadmap and priorities for new product features, enhancements, and improvements across all stakeholders. You will lead the overall prioritisation of the back logs and need to drive the SAFe implementation across all ID agile teams. You will also provide strong functional leadership on the cross functional programmes across all Vodafone Operating companies, GC, GT, Partner Networks to ensure the delivery and the cost efficient, lean design of Vodafone ID. You will lead an international team based in Europe and several functions and roles offshored to a managed team in Vodafone TSSC (India).
